Job description: Business Development Manager, Hammersmith and Fulham

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Hammersmith and Fulham, West London. This is to work in Childrens Social Care.

This is a 6-month Contract with view to extend and starting ASAP.

You will be working Full time hours (36 hours a week).

To apply for this role you will need:
*A relevant professional qualification in Health, Social Care and/or educated to degree level.
*Minimum 3 years' experience in social work or other statutory service, with substantial and significant experience in multi-agency child protection work
*Management experience, including experience of setting direction and managing successful change

Some of your duties will include:
*Support the three Statutory Partners to develop a new agreed approach to safeguarding arrangements in Hammersmith & Fulham
*To manage and co-ordinate the HFSCP's strategic activity. This includes leading on the Partnership's scrutiny of data and information, business planning processes and ensuring that its functions are delivered in line with statutory guidance and according to agreed local priorities.
*To work in partnership with the Independent Chair and chairs of sub-groups to build and sustain an effective Partnership in Hammersmith & Fulham.
*To manage the production and timely delivery of the HFSCP Annual Reports.
*Keep abreast of changes and developments in Government policy, guidance and research, to ensure that professional practice across all agencies regarding safeguarding vulnerable children in the borough is well informed and up to date.
