Business Planning and Support Coordinator

Job description: We are currently looking for a Business Planning and Support Coordinator to work on a full time basis for a client based in Northallerton. This will be an ongoing contract running until end of March 2018 and requires a candidate to form part of a team of coordinators organising resources to deliver reactive and planned works within an in-house repairs and maintenance team. You will provide support to operatives, managers, team leaders and colleagues, scheduling, planning and closing down works using a number of IT systems. You will establish and develop efficient processes to ensure good service and value for money in relation to your service area.

You will work closely with other teams within the business (e.g. Asset, Repairs & Investment, Neighbourhoods, Customer Service Centre) to ensure tasks are completed successfully and excellent customer service is achieved. From time to time you will support and develop junior and work experience roles within the business.
