Job description: Business Support Coordinator, Bideford
A large Devonshire-based housing association are recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative support within their Bideford Office.

The Role
The focus of this position is providing a full range of administrative support to the property services team. This will include the following responsibilities:
*Contributing to providing an efficient and accessible service to all WPS staff across all business areas.
*Maintaining accurate records and monitoring systems as per in house procedures and policies.
*Liaising with other departments to ensure the effective running of Property Services
*Receiving and returning telephone calls to other departments, agencies and the public with answers to queries, information and advice, taking messages and action where necessary.
*Using Outlook, Word and Excel for diary management, producing reports, memo's, agenda's, minute's etc.
*General office administration including filing, scanning and photocopying.
*Maintaining stationery levels.

The Candidate
To be considered for the role, you will need to have excellent administrative experience with a strong attention to detail. The role requires strict adhesion to policy and procedure and any previous experience within a maintenance environment will be beneficial to your application.

The Contract
This is a part time role, working 29 hours per week over 4 days, for an initial 8-week contract.
