Job description: Job Title - Business Support Officer
Job Type - Temporary (3 Months)
Advertised rate - £9.89 per hour
Hours - Full Time (Monday - Friday)
Location - Oldham, OL1

My client are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to provide business support to contribute to the delivery of their internal Contact Centre. You will also be responsible in supporting the effective and efficient running of contracted services within the Contact Centre Team by completing the timely and contractual performance returns and financial claims.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain the effective running of the Contact Centre through the accurate and efficient inputting and processing of data.
To produce ad-hoc and periodic analyses and reports as required assisting in managerial decision making to support the Contact Centre Team.
To ensure quality assurance processes are in place and being adhered to and participate fully in developing and maintaining sound controls and procedures in assigned areas, auditing and reviewing these controls and procedures on a regular basis
Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role particularly in relation to data protection and also including changes in legislation, best practice, national and local policy. Support and promote compliance with those requirements within the business.
To collate customer satisfaction responses on behalf of the services within the Contact Centre Team.
