Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client based in the heart of Preston for a Facilities Management Support Officer.

The post holders will work in a small team to support the delivery of Facilities Management functions across a large portfolio of buildings.
The position is based in Preston City Centre and the post holder may be required to visit numerous sites across Lancashire.

The specific requirements of the role include:

* Proactively raise risks and issues across the portfolio of buildings
* Provide business support across all elements of the FM service
* Supporting Managers in the delivery of key FM Services
* Produce building operation manuals
* Produce and maintain specific premises compliance documentation
* Required to be proficient in Microsoft packages word, outlook and excel.
* This is a fast paced and challenging environment and the ability to organise and prioritise workload is essential.
* The ability to work with minimum supervision and also as part of a team is required.
* To work across all FM support roles and cover in staff absence or periods of heavy workload.
* The ability to demonstrating a good level of understanding of Facilities Management Service would be beneficial.
