Job description: If you're a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, who is interested in working with young people and children then Service Care Solutions have the perfect role for you!

This CAMHS position is in Blackpool and is community based, therefore, the working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 9am-7pm. The contract is initially 3-month temporary, commencing ASAP.

Temporary pay rate Band 6- £22-23ph depending on experience (Ltd)

Main Duties-
The Senior CAMHS Practitioner will provide health care and support for children and young people. They must be able to conduct mental health and self-harm assessments, create personal care plans and deliver the correct treatments.

The role also involves referral triaging to ensure that patients are correctly signposted. Teamwork skills are essential as the successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team with various healthcare professionals.

As this role is community based, a driving licence and access to vehicle is essential.

Person Specification-

The applicant must be an NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or HCPC Registered Social Worker.

Previous experience in a similar service is essential.
