Job description: One of the largest housing associations in the South East is recruiting for a Care Assistant for a home on the Retirement side of their business in Chelmsford, working nights on a permanent basis.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, flexible, person-centered care, treating all individuals with respect and dignity at all times. You will support our residents to achieve the outcomes in their personalised care plan, improving their quality of life and building confidence and skills to enable independent living, whilst playing an active role in their communities.

The Candidate
To be considered for the role, you will require previous experience in support work or care and be kind, caring, compassionate and have motivation to do a great job.
As you will be working with vulnerable individuals, you will require a DBS check.

The Contract
This is a full time permanent role, working 37 hours per week on night shifts only. The salary for the role is £18,707 and you will also benefit from the following:
