Job description: Care Coordinator, Permanent, South West London

We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator. This is to work for a Home Care Service in South West London.

The vacancy is to start ASAP on a Full Time basis.

About the role:
*Salary entirely depends on experience and the person themselves because this is a very small people focused business so attitude/teamwork really matter.
*The strategy is to grow the office - it covers up to 5,000 hours per month with 60% "and growing" private/self-funders and the rest from the NHS.
*Our client successfully delivers End of Life, Live-In Care and Care at Home Services for adults from 18 years of age upwards, in their own homes, within the London Borough of Lambeth.

To Apply for the role, you must:
*Good experience of a private care in the home service
*Presentable with a professional/consultative outlook
*Customer service ethos
*Empathetic/a "people" person
*Organised, understands the value of process
*Very good English (spoken & written)
*Numeric and computer literate
