Job description: Care Worker, Berkshire - Sandhurst, Domiciliary Care £11 - £13 per hour

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for Domiciliary Care Workers to work with our Client in the Berkshire area.

There are various hours available and you can work in a few different locations across Berkshire including (Sandhurst, Camberley, Frimley, Crawthorne).

To apply, you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

You'll be paid an excellent hourly rate of around £10 - 11 per hour.

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your duties will include:

*To provide a service of care to Service Users to enable them to lead as independent lifestyle as possible.
*This care service will involve a programme of personal care and household management that is personalised for each Service User in the form of a Care Plan
*Health care, Dietary care, personal care
*Domestic services including bed making, laundering, cleaning, shopping, assistance with finances and more
*Shopping, and the preparation of shopping lists and assistance with budgeting
*To participate in reviews of Service Users' support plans as required.
*To participate in staff, team and quality management review meetings as directed by the Branch Manager.
*Preparation of snacks and meals according to the Service User's likes / dislikes - assisting with feeding, as required.
*To maintain accurate, concise and timely records of Service User care, diary sheets, time sheets and mileage sheets, medication records and financial logs.

In order to be eligible for this role, you will need:

*Previous experience of working with Vulnerable Older People in their own homes
*A motivated attitude and a clear understanding the role of a Care Worker
*Car driver with access to own vehicle is desirable
