Job description: A project manager with experience in benefits and change management is required for the NHS in Hull!
Pay: 36,504 per annum
Location: Cottingham , Hull
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Contract: 3 months ongoing
Responsibilites:
Support change management and benefits realisation from the department of innovation and technology projects.
Liaise with and support the projects team, senior managers and members of the implementation teams to ensure the realisation of projects.
Lead the process of change across departments by planning, implementing developing and communicating the required business transformations.
Provision reports to the respective teams, as well as the programme manager and the business change and application support manager in relation to progress of the programme.
Requirements:
-Foundation degree in related field or 5 years NHS experience in relevant discipline
-Experience in PRINCE 2 project management and prior experience managing benefits projects
-Experience in process flow diagrams and procedure notes, using Microsoft Visio
-Use, develops and maintains a detailed knowledge of the trust computer applications (e.g. Lorenzo, Departmental systems).
-Knowledge and experience in using detailed and complex analytical and statistical methods in order to quantify, measure and monitor the potential and actual benefits of benefits projects.
