Job description: To manage a single occupant EBD home based in Hesketh Bank, offering ongoing training and progression opportunities.

This role is to manage a 2 bed EBD home which currently and the foreseeable future has a single young person in residence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to progress to managing a small home. My client will offer any support required whilst you adjust to the new home and the home also boasts an experienced team that will make you feel welcome.

This is also an opportunity to any current Home or Registered Managers to apply for and the salary on offer will reflect the experience of the applicant.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for this position will have extensive experience of working within a Children's Residential setting and will have worked as either a Home or Deputy Manager previously. Has a willingness to learn new skills on the job and be able to work within a fast paced team environment.
