Job description: We currently have an ongoing recruitment drive with the London Borough Of Barking And Dagenham in aiding them recruit for all of the Children Social Work teams currently available.

Working for LBBD they will give you the time and support you need to make a difference and be the Social Worker you trained to be. Promoting creativity is at the heart of their aim. Social Workers are encouraged to share ideas, bring about positive change and strive to continuously improve outcomes for our vulnerable children and families.
We currently vacancies in the Children in Care, Leaving Care, Assessment Team and Court And Protection Teams for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers.
These roles would be suitable for experienced social workers with 2 years post qualifying experience.



LBBD offers up to a £5,000 Welcome payment with your first salary (depends on the team you choose.) Another payment of £15,000 commitment payment on your 3rd Year anniversary in post. (to qualified social workers with more than one year post qualifying experience). This bonus is subject to conditions. Other benefits include 27-30 days of annual leave and affordable housing scheme in addition to a relocation package of £7,500.
