Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Children's Senior / Support Worker within a well established and growing children's and young adults residential care organisation. The role is based in Sittingbourne service, Kent. Location - Sittingbourne, Kent
Pay - £10.55 Ltd Per hour daytime - £11 Ltd Nights, Weekends
Contracts - Full-Time, Part Time (long days or nights), Bank.
You will be working within a small children's residential home to support and assist children with learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour aged 10-18 years old.
*Outgoing personality acting as a suitable role model for the children.
*Works well autonomously and as part of a team.
*Punctual and flexible to meet the needs of the residential home.
*Demonstrates and genuine passion for care and takes pride in their work.
*At least a NVQ Lvl 3 in Health & Social Care
*Owner of a valid UK driving licence.
*Previous experience working in a children's residential setting.
*For the Senior position, management experience is essential.
