Job description: We are Service Care Solutions and we're looking for a Children Residential Worker to work within Charville Lane, London Borough of Hillingdon. There will be a number of shifts on offer including earlies, lates, long days, waking nights and sleep ins.

Charville Lane is a Children Residential Home working with up to 13 young people between the age of 12 and 17.

This is an exciting opportunity and the roles will include:
*Supporting young people and making records of their days
*Supporting the children to attend education, appointments as well as attending meetings and writing reports
*Promote best practice with the vulnerable children

They are looking for the candidate to have:
*Experience or a desire to work with children with challenging behaviour or complex physical and emotional needs.
*Experience in working in a residential area
*Happy to work in a team player, yet be able to work alone when called upon
*Satisfactory Policy Check and check against the PoCA list
Skills required:

* A DBS from within the last 12 months
* Applications are invited from those with a care background.
* We will need 2 references
* A Car driver is beneficial but not essential
