Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in Children with Disabilities Team in Rutland
You must have -

*Experience and understanding of continuing health care
*Understanding of SEND agenda


Extensive experience with Children with disabilities including complex needs and dual diagnosis is a distinct advantage you will need

*To provide quality social work services to disabled children and their families in accordance with legal requirements, departmental policies and procedures.

*To work with the children's social care team, the Aiming High team and the SEND and Inclusion case officers to support families of disabled children & young people through effective co-ordination of assessments and services.

*To assist the Service Manager to develop a professionally excellent service to disabled children as well as actively contributing to the continual improvement programme.

*To contribute towards developing an integrated service that is safe and robust for children and young people in accordance with agreed procedures and practice.


For this position, you must have -
*A degree or masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
*HCPC registration
