Job description: Service Manager
Rutland Children's Safeguarding
3 Month Ongoing
Rate to be confirmed

We Require a service Manager To lead and manage Children's Social Care services to safeguard Rutland's children and their families. Ensure that services are delivered effectively and through integrated relationships with partnerships and other agencies and ensure that statutory functions are effectively discharged.

Deliver services that support the achievements of the Council's strategic aims and objectives, sustainable community's strategy and strategic plans and objectives relevant to the service.

To undertake the statutory role of the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) whose function it is to develop, manage and promote structures and processes in relation to allegations made against those who work with children and young people.

Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification
- Prior Service Manager experience
- HCPC Registration
- DBS
