Cleaner

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of an estates management company based in Reading who require a cleaner to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a full time role working 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday with a total of 35 hours per week.

The role involves:

• Daily deep cleaning of communal areas
• Maintain all work locations, including store rooms in a clean and safe order
• Carry out visual building checks and report to the scheme management any damage or repairs noted/identified during the course of your work
• Observe and adhere to health and safety requirements at all times (including COSHH regulations)
• Attend staff meetings, training and supervision
• Order log and monitor cleaning materials
• Clean/Maintain laundry machines
• Assist the Scheme manager in general office administration tasks
• Assist in social events as required
