Job description: Role: Clerical Assistant
Location: Newark, NG24
Work pattern: 37 hrs - Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Start date: 21/07/2019
End date: Temp - Perm

I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Assistant to work for a busy company supporting their housing and maintenance functions. The role will be providing a general administrative function and as such will require previous experience working within a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
*You will ensure that all visitors are dealt with in a timely manner.
*To provide excellent administration support.
*You will respond to any correspondence received.
*You assist with any payments including processing of and raising invoices.
*To provide telephone support to all customers, to help resolve any customer issues, queries or concerns.
*Liaise with external companies regarding booking people into accommodation.


Experience/Qualification:
*Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard.
*To have previous experience in an administration role.
*To have worked in a face to face customer environment.
*To be computer literate and have a great working knowledge of Microsoft systems.
