Job description: CLERICAL OFFICER | HUMAN RESOURCES | NEWRY, MOURNE & DOWN DISTRICT COUNCIL

Service Care Solutions are currently looking for a Clerical Officer to join the HR Department within Newry, Mourne & Down District Council to provide clerical and administrative back-up to the HR functions. This role will be based at Downshire Civic Centre.


PAY RATES - £10.10 LTD per day (negotiable depending on experience)

Requirements for the role:

*Administration experience in providing support within a Human Resource service/function.
*Previous experience in using any of the following computer systems: Hallmark PAMS, Timeware, TMS, or any similar systems.
*Able to produce correspondence and reports as required.
*Able to provideconfidential clerical support including preparation of job files, copying of application packs and training materials
