Job description: Permanent Clerk of Works required to work for a Housing Association based in Sevenoaks.

The position will be full time.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that development schemes are handed over on time, to the right quality and free of defects. This will include carrying out site inspections to identify discrepancies; ensuring accurate records are maintained including making a record of any time related delays. Liaising with contractors, developers, employers agents and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.

Candidates will need to have sound knowledge of new build development schemes and experience of meeting deadlines. Candidates will need to have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
