Job description: Are you an experienced Nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have previous experience leading a team of Nurses?

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our established client for a Clinical Lead to support the Registered Manager and be responsible for a team of highly motivated nurses and support staff in the Nottinghamshire area. The position is based in a Nursing Home caring for individuals with Dementia amongst other Mental Health issues.

This is a full-time, permanent vacancy with the expected shifts being Long Days.

Job Purpose - Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager

Salary - £43,472 per annum (based on a 44 hour working week) / £19.00 p/h

Bonus - £250 Welcome Bonus, 10% of salary paid as a bonus upon completion of SMART targets

Key Responsibilities
*To promote and maintain a high standard of care within the home, liaising and accountable to the Registered Manager.
*To be responsible for the building and deputise for the Registered Manger in their absence.
*To keep up-to-date and follow policies and procedures.
*To undertake Staff Reviews, Appraisals and Meetings.
*To maintain and monitor the quality of nursing in liaison with the Registered Manager.
*To lead and manage the team, ensuring efficient running of the business.

*NMC Registration
*Relevant Nursing Qualification (RNLD/RMN/RGN)
*Management and Leadership Experience

*Personal Training and Development Budget
*Budget for upskilling leadership and mentoring/coaching skills
*Support with revalidation
*Annual PIN paid each year
