Job description: Are you an experienced Nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have previous experience leading a team of Nurses?

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our established client for a Clinical Lead to support the Registered Manager and be responsible for a team of highly motivated nurses and support staff in the Leicestershire area.

The service is a specialist 31-Bed Nursing Home caring for Adults and Older Adults with a range of diverse Physical and Mental Health issues including Dementia. The service achieved a review of GOOD across all areas in their most recent CQC Inspection.

This is a full-time, permanent vacancy.


Hours: 44 Hours per week over 5 Days, alternate weekends. The successful candidate may be required to cover occasional Night Shift should the service require urgent cover

Salary - £40,000 per annum + £250 Bonus via Service Care Solutions

Job Purpose - Clinical Lead

Key Responsibilities
*To promote and maintain a high standard of care within the home, liaising and accountable to the Registered Manager.
*To be responsible for the building and deputise for the Registered Manger in their absence.
*To keep up-to-date and follow policies and procedures.
*To undertake Staff Reviews, Appraisals and Meetings.
*To maintain and monitor the quality of nursing in liaison with the Registered Manager.
*To lead and manage the team, ensuring efficient running of the business.

Essential
*NMC Registration
*Relevant Nursing Qualification (RNLD/RMN/RGN)
*Management and Leadership Experience
