Job description: Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have previous experience working with vulnerable Adults? Are you seeking a role in Management?

Service Care Solutions are working with our established client to recruit a Clinical Services Manager for a specialist neurological rehabilitation service in the Cambridgeshire area.

The service is a Nursing Home for Adults and Older Adults experiencing a range of Mental Health and Neurological conditions such as Dementia and Brain Injuries. The successful candidate will lead and manage a 27-bed unit within the service. The service achieved a review of 'GOOD' in all areas upon their most recent CQC inspection.

Pay: £48,048 per annum (£22.00 p/h pro rata) + £250 SCS Sign-Up Bonus

Contract: Permanent | 42 Hours per week | On-call Rota | Occasional Weekends

Job Purpose - Clinical Services Manager (RMN/RGN)

The post holder will care for a diverse patient group and their families and responsibilities will include:
*To take primary responsibility for managing and overseeing the daily operation of the services, whilst sharing responsibility with the senior team to deliver Clients overall objectives

*To have clinical overview and take the clinical lead (with General Manager support when required), and including as a supportive role for our dementia service

*To undertake day to day contact and involvement with residents, their families and visiting professionals

*To act as and promote the positive 'face' and public representation of Client, in a manner conducive with the level of management and the responsibilities that this role carries

*To role model best practice, professional and positive reinforcement to all staff at all times

*To ensure that the care provided offers our clients a high standard of specialised, person centred care

*To correctly implement organisational, clinical, social and legislative policies and requirements, procedures, systems and processes to underpin and support all areas of responsibility

*To ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times

*To ensure that good quality, relevant and substantial records/documentation/notes that satisfy CQC, management and resident/families requirements are kept at all times

*Nursing Qualification
*NMC Registration
*Previous experience in Management

*Ability to use and provide clinical supervision
*Aware of local and national issues affecting nursing care
