Job description: Role: Communications Manager
Location: Paddington, W2 1BD
Work pattern: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 35 hours
Start date: ASAP
End date: 3 month ongoing contract

I'm looking for an experienced Communications Manager with experience in working on different managed projects. You will be working within an award winning property group with a focus on providing excellent social housing. This will be a broad and varied role with the main purpose being to work on a range of high profile projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have great experience of brand management and design, campaigns, direct marketing and strong copywriting. You must have a passion for quality and excellence, a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal improvement.

Key Responsibilities
*You will develop and implement cost effective, creative, audience specific communications plans and products that promote the company's vision.
*You will provide PR, brand and marketing support and deliver communications strategies.
*You work on a range of projects and campaigns.
*You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their communications requirements and provide advice and support to achieve shared objectives.
*You will set, monitor and evaluate SMART communications objectives for communications activity.
*You will coordinate a schedule of communications activity.
*You will contribute to a comprehensive body of marketing and communications intelligence to inform and support delivery of communications objectives.
*Build an influential network of internal and external contact as an enabling resource to support delivery of communications objectives.

Essential Experience:
*Degree or relevant qualification in a communications discipline.
*3 years professional experience in a marketing/PR communications role.
*Excellent understanding of marketing/PR communications theories and concepts.
*Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office and any specialist IT skills.
