Job description: Hi,

I am currently recruiting for a Client based in Stockwell who need an experienced Community Case Manager to work with offenders. The role will be based in offices and require travelling to Islington and Hackney (all travel expenses paid).

Day to day requirements:

My client is looking for someone who is dedicated and enthusiastic about the job! You will be required to deliver education, training and employment support to women affected by the criminal justice system in custody and in the community. As a case manager you will be required to manager your own case load and carry out the following tasks:
*To manage a caseload of women affected by the criminal justice system in the community and custody, supporting them to achieve agreed milestones and enter employment, training or education.
*To provide initial assessment, employment & education information, advice and guidance, and signposting services, to women in prison through face-to-face sessions.
*To provide advice, guidance, coaching and support to a caseload of participants via regular one-to-one meetings and group interventions as appropriate.
*To work with statutory and non-statutory partners to address needs including Community Rehabilitation Companies, National Probation Service, Youth Offending Services, Prison Services and voluntary agencies.
*To deliver against contract targets, recording and reporting using a real-time CRM system, and reporting daily, weekly and monthly performance figures.

The role is a 3 month contract with possibility of extension!
Candidate must be available IMMEDIATELY!!

Pay rate:
£12-£12.50ph LTD - Travel expenses paid (between centres)
