Job description: Service Care Health are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for Healthcare Assistant to progress and improve their CV. We require enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join a number of teams delivering care to patients across Neighborhoods in Leeds.

You will be applying to work within an NHS trust with a great reputation for managerial excellence and progression. Working within a range of community-based health services across the Leeds area, you will be expected to offer high quality assistance to healthcare professionals and patients, whether that is in their own home, a local health center, or a community hospital. Although you will occasionally be working as part of a team, you will predominantly be working alone and occasionally with a nurse, assisting them in managing their caseload of patients. To be considered for this role, you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent,have at least 6 months NHS experience and have access to your own vehicle. Previous Community work will also be beneficial to your application.
