Job description: The roles involve working with adults in the community from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The contract is initially 3-month temporary, commencing ASAP.

Temporary pay rate Band 6- £22-23 ph depending on experience (Ltd)

Main Duties-
The CMHT roles are dedicated to providing support to service users with various psychological difficulties. The roles involve working in a multi-disciplinary team in order to correctly perform mental health assessments and provide the suitable options of treatment.

The practitioners must be dedicated to their roles in order to provide consistent care and monitor the service users progress. They must also be able to conduct care plans, perform risk assessments and manage their own caseload.

These are community based roles, therefore, the successful candidate would be required to travel between services, schools and patient's homes.

Person Specification-

The applicant must be NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or HCPC Registered Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.

The applicant would also need a driving licence and car suitable for business use.

Previous experience in a similar service is essential.
