Job description: In this role you will be expected to take groups out to projects in the community, and supervise them whilst they carry out their unpaid work hours, for the crimes they have committed. You will be required to maintain a working environment which contains clear rules of attendance, language, conduct and participation and ensure that these are enforced firmly, consistently and equitably. The work may include anything from street clean ups, graffiti removal to painting community buildings, as such, the work can be physically demanding.

To be successful in your application, you must have previous experience of supervising or working with offenders (e.g. prison service, probation service or the police), and enjoy a 'hands on' approach to work, as you may be required to demonstrate basic outdoor and DIY skills (painting, gardening etc). For this position, you will be required to take groups out to site, so a clean driving licence is essential for this position. An enhanced DBS is also required.

If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this position, apply now!
