Job description: Are you a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) looking for work in the North West? If so, I am currently recruiting!

The successful candidate will work within an Adult Community Mental Health Team providing high quality care and support to services users with enduring mental health problems.

The position is a full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday for an initial 13-week period.

The position is paying between £23-24ph (Umbrella Ltd) depending on banding and time of shift worked.

The Adult Community Mental Health service provides a range of support options to service users aged 16-65 with severe and enduring mental health problems who have complex needs and present significant levels of risk to themselves or others including individuals with: Severe and complex symptoms of depression, anxiety, complex psychological difficulties including personality disorder and complex psycho-social needs.

They are a multi-disciplinary service that consists of team managers, community mental health nurses, mental health social workers, occupational therapists, community support workers, admin support, secondary care psychological therapies and Consultant Psychiatrists who work with the team.

The service follows five key functions: Assessment, Active Care Coordination, Treatment, Reviews, Wellness and Recovery

The successful practitioner will be responsible for supporting the individual to develop a care plan to meet their needs following a comprehensive assessment process. They will also be responsible for reviewing the care plan and supporting the individual to prepare for discharge from the service.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Mental Health Nurse currently registered with the NMC and have recent experience working within Community Mental Health independently.

This includes Vaccinations, Occupational Health Certificates, DBS Certificates and Training.
You will receive a £250 annual training allowance including online CPD training and renewals. You have both Ltd and PAYE payment options available on weekly payroll service.
