Job description: We are looking for Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPN) for a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist Mental Health Home Treatment Team based in Harlow within the NHS.

Applicant must be a car driver as you will need to travel to other sites.

Temporary pay rate:
*Days: £26 per hour
*Saturdays and Nights: £30 per hour
*Sundays & Bank Holidays: £35 per hour

Hours and length of contract:
*37.5 hours per week over 7 days
*The service operates a Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 21:00.
*The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP with an initial 3 month contract length.

Daily Duties:
You will be working as part of the Home Treatment Team (HTT) to visit service users in their own homes with the aim to support them following discharge and reduce admission.
The team offers mental health services for people of all ages with a range of mental health issues such as:
The team offers therapeutic interventions for people with:
*Depression and related disorders
*Anxiety disorders
*Psychosis
*Self-Harm
*Eating Disorders
*Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate packages of care based upon individual service user needs and risk and you will also undertake and maintain service users' Self Directed Support assessments.
Working as part of the MDT you will need to have excellent team working skills, and you will expected to liaise with other teams, GPs and hospitals.

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared and have previous experience in the field.
Knowledge of Remedy helpful.
