Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for Community Support Officers based in Croydon to work with the Adult Learning Disabilities team.

This is a full time position based on 36 hours a week split from 8am - 5pm, Monday -Sunday

We are looking for a committed professional to join our team for a fixed period of time, in our work supporting Adults with a Learning Disability including additional support needs.
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will need to be committed to outcome focused, person centred working and experienced in enabling support that meets the wishes, aspirations and development needs of the individuals that we support.
The Service offers a broad range of support options and solutions from its Hubs and in the community.
An excellent understanding of the needs and aspirations of individuals with a learning disability and their families is key to this role.
You will have good organisational and time management skills and the ability to use your initiative. Flexibility and creativity in your work will also be important.
You will need to contribute positively to the ongoing development of our Services and have a commitment to promoting equalities.
