This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy local authority in Oxfordshire for an initial 5 months, which is likely to be extended beyond.

The day to day role will involve:
*Assisting the complaints manager in dealing with incoming complaints
*Responding calls, emails and letters
*Maintaining electronic records
*Proficient knowledge of IT systems essential
*Providing support to other secretaries and departments when required

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a similar role. They will possess excellent attention to details and experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
