Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join a busy and dedicated recruitment agency in a vibrant office environment. This role is to cover Maternity Leave for a 12-month period with a possibility of turning permanent at the end of the contract. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a determined attitude and an attention to detail. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office would be of benefit.

The main duties of the role will be the management and coordination of temporary worker files, ensuring 100% compliance of agency staff. Files will be stringently assessed and audited so a strong attention to detail is essential. You must have an engaging personality as you will be communicating directly with both temporary workers and external companies. You will develop links with training providers and creating on-going professional relationships. In addition to this you will be responsible for database management, the management and tracking of DBS applications and general office administration.

For this role you will be an excellent communicator, you will work well within a team, and have a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be familiar with working in a customer focused environment. You will be determined and self-motivated, possessing a positive attitude.

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9 – 6pm and Friday 9 – 5pm. Flexibility can be offered in these if required.
