Job description: Role: Compliance Support Officer
Location: Stevenage, SG1
Work pattern: 37 hrs - Mon - Fri
Ongoing temp contract
Soon start

I'm currently looking for a Compliance Support officer to work in the Stevenage area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in working in an administrative role, including basic financial duties. You will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and prioritise your own work load. You will also possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
*Implement and maintain all team functions, processes and procedures within the compliance team, including tasks such as works orders, invoices, minutes of meetings, financial budgetary information, forecasting information, complaints, responding to correspondence and works order requests.
*Ensure the processes and procedures for maintaining compliance are applied, ensuring audit, financial, probity and other safeguards, are applied and any breach of security is brought to management's attention.
*Maintain and develop robust processes and procedures, ensuring technical support is provided to all teams witin SBC and its contractors. Managing works across multiple teams and services.
*Process complaints, ensuring that action is taken and complainants are informed of progress in accordance with SBC processes and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications
Experience:
*Experience of working in and administrative and finance role.
*Experience in producing financial information and data.
*Experience of delivering services in a multi-cultural community.
*Experience in using different IT software.
