Job description: Contact Centre Advisor, Christchurch. We are currently recruiting for contact centre advisors to work on an ongoing temporary basis for a client based in Christchurch. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a good background in inbound/outbound contact centre work. My client is a large Housing Association and this role would be an ideal way to get experience within this sector
Job Responsibilities -
To demonstrate a commitment to issues such as customer care, confidentiality, equality and diversity and best value.
Maintain the standards of service outlined in the Customer Service Charter.
Communicate in a manner appropriate to customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Achieve agreed department and personal KPI's and targets

Provide appropriate information and advice on:
Maintenance enquiries
Waiting list enquiries
General housing management
Rent enquiries and payments
Re-housing options
Tenancy rights.
Shared & Low Cost home ownership
Anti-Social Behaviour

Experience required -
Strong call centre experience
Strong customer service skills
IT proficient with all Microsoft office package
