Job description: Job Title: Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Christchurch Office, BH23

Pay Rate: £9.47
Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary to Permanent
Weekly Hours: 37.5 Hours
Working Hours & Breaks: Between 08:00am - 06:00pm. Shifts include i.e. 08:00am - 04:30pm, 08:30am - 05:00pm, 09:00am - 06:00pm. Please be aware the candidates' get1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 minutes breaks are pre-scheduled

Interview Date: Face to Face W/C 9th
Start Date: Monday 16th July 2018- Candidates must be able to start on this date

What are the duties in this role?
*Calls from customer residents, police tenants, repairs, diagnostics, rent payments, transfer calls to income recovery officers. Forced calls, free format. Booking in work, raising orders, initiative.
*Taking 40 - 60 calls per day - scenario based issues.
*Common sense and life skills are applicable
*After call time targets, logging in etc., more quality based

Essential criteria:
*Customer service skills
*Experience dealing with the public.
*Advantageous if they have previous in this sector.
*Wanting to find a solution to provide the best customer service
*Great pride in resolving

How computer literate should you be?
*In house systems, Office packages, payment system-able to pick up news skills

Challenges in this role:
*Busy - call after call
*Agitated customers
*Vulnerable customers
