Job description: Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-Time

A Housing Association based in Stevenage are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join them on initially a temporary basis. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing cross functional and departmental support to assist the business in achieving company goals and business objectives.
This role is responsible for the general administration duties of the new business. The duties will include all support functions from general queries to specialist areas dedicated to a functional department to support the business targets, goals and objectives across the organisation.

The Role
The successful candidate will be expected to;

*Provide day to day and technical support to trade staff.
*Provide technical support for all managers.
*Be the liaison between operational staff and client to resolve any problems.
*Provide accurate data entry and retrieval.
*Have sound working knowledge and experience of business operating systems and MS Office suite.

Your main duties will include;

*Produce accurate and timely data in line with business requirements
*Primary point of contact for external suppliers on day to day issues.
*To ensure that any recommendations included within internal/external audits are actioned with learning outcomes captured.
*Support of all management plans, systems and controls in line with the company's business objectives and strategies.

To be considered for this role you must have previous administration experience, preferably working with a large contract.
