Job description: My client, a Construction firm based in the North West is looking for a Permanent Contract Manager to join their team.

This is a Permanent position and the successful candidate will have an appropriate qualification in a construction discipline and will have experience Estimating and dealing with projects from initial Tender stage to completion.

The successful candidate will be leading numerous teams of around 15-20 in house staff and 15-20 subcontractors. There will be 2 main contracts to oversee which range in value from around £10,000 up to around £200,000.

The main experience needed will be a background in construction management, along with experience of Estimating and any experience working on Heritage and Conservation contracts will be a plus.

There is an extremely competitive remuneration package associated with this position, with a negotiable salary of around the £40,000 per year mark along with additional benefits such as company phone, laptop, car and bonuses, along with numerous others.
