Job description: Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Work Location: Exeter, EX2

PAYE rate: £9.38
Contract Type: 12 weeks Temporary (Possible Extension or Possible Perm)
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, Flexible between 08:00am - 17:00pm

DBS: No
Own Car Required: No
Driving Licence Required: No

Start Date: ASAP

Role (overview):
My client are to employ contracts administrators to work within the busy responsive repairs team. They will be required to handle calls from a wide variety of clients, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team.

The systems currently used are for housing management, contracts and bookings (Active H, Total and DRS) along with other Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities / key duties:
*To answer the telephone in a professional manner, obtaining appropriate information and replying accordingly
*To maintain contract specific records, storing them in a well organised and retrievable manner
*To ensure that all works orders received are processed from receipt through to payment in an orderly, accurate and timely way.
*To provide excellent customer service
*To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Essential skills / experience:
*The contracts administrator will need to have strong and demonstrable experience of working in a busy office environment.
*You must also have strong literacy and numeracy skills
*Be able to communicate at all levels and have excellent customer service skills
*You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have the ability to prioritise a busy role and be proficient in it systems including word, excel and outlook.
