Job description: Job Title: Contract Coordinator
Hours of work : 36.25 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Length of placement: Temporary contract to replace leaver (permanent recruitment pending)
Salary - £19,804.32 per annum

We are looking for an experienced repairs administrator to be responsible for work scheduling, planning and progress in order to maintain service provision to the relevant service standards. You will be an integral part of the contact coordinating team who are key to the success of the operational delivery unit.

Responsibilities -

*Taking calls from clients and their customers to book, alter and bring forward appointments as directed by the need of the business.

*Monitoring Income and Expenditure within the operational delivery business unit.

*Producing programs and written reports on the performance of the operational delivery business unit.

*Liaising with customers and keeping them informed of any relevant updates or information.

*Prepare, update and maintain data on jobs completed by tradespersons & sub-contractors.

*Schedule heating installations and surveys to meet programme of works
