Job description: My client based in Sutton has a great new position available for a Repairs Contract Manager to join their team. This is a full time, temporary position and the successful candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle and will hold a relevant professional qualification.

The main purpose of this position is to control repairs, maintenance and capital budgets.

You will be required to:
-Support implementation of the repairs improvement plan
-Support and lead on installation of modular buildings
-Line Manage both repairs, voids manager and capital works manager (both tier 3 managers)
-set strategy to deliver and improve repairs, KPI's and customer service/satisfaction
-Control of repairs, maintenance and capital budgets

The successful candidate will:
-Be a self starter who can hit the ground running
-Have a wealth of experience in a similar role and environment
-Have experience of new builds
-Have repairs/Maintenance experience
