Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months (chance of extension)
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £28.78 ltd an hour

Job Description
Forestcare is a 24 hour control centre providing services in the following main areas working both within the borough and on a nationally as a corporate supplies of services:
*Monitoring in excess of 20,000 assistive technology customers
*Monitoring lone workers
*Oversee Bracknell Forest Council Out of Hours provision and partner agencies
*Emergency CQC regulated care provision
*TSA Accredited and regulated provision
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the legal function of Registered Manager and responsible for the operational, effective management of Forestcare, and within this role responsible for management and supervision of 4 Control Centre Team Managers, all Emergency response officers and all casual staff. Legally responsible for the compliance and inspection of two regulatory services. The Operations Manager will deputise for the Head of Service for Forestcare in their absence and will attend DMT to represent the service.

Experience Required
*Educated to degree level of significant front line management experience
*Experience of managing a call centre/telecare control centre or front line complex social care Service
*Experience of managing multi-disciplinary social care service so as to comply with Care quality commission registration
*Enhanced DBS
*A valid driving licence
