Job Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

A very good opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a large, well known law firm in Yorkshire. This particular vacancy is based in Wakefield where you will be based in their state of the art, modern offices. The firm are well established and part of the Legal 500 and require a candidate with a passion for conveyancing.

The role itself will involve working on a full caseload of plot sales from inception to completion with minimum supervision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience as a Fee Earner. The firm are also willing to consider experienced conveyancing assistants who have fee earner experience.

Duties & Responsibilities;

*Manage a caseload of volume plot sales from inception to completion
*Handling pre-contract enquiries, processing of contracts, completion procedures and using the land registry service online
*Showing excellent levels of client care and attention to detail
*Act independently when establishing priorities and managing all deadlines
*Offer low levels of guidance to junior members of the team on progression of cases
