Conveyancing Solicitor

Job Description

Service Care Solutions are looking for a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing to join a leading Scottish Law firm and support their growing team in Glasgow.
You’ll play a key role in helping to establish and develop their conveyancing team in this new location, managing your own caseload with autonomy while working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential purchase, sale, and remortgage transactions from start to finish
  • Advise clients on all aspects of residential property law and process
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, missives, and other legal documentation
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout the transaction process
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish Residential Conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a caseload independently
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • Based in or willing to commute to Glasgow

Salary: £39,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
