Service Care Legal are working alongside an established 'Super Lawyers Rising Stars' firm based in the Greater Manchester area who are in need of an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to join their team.
Role: Court of Protection Lawyer
Salary: £28,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Location: Greater Manchester (the role can be done remotely for candidates with 12 months+ PQE)
PQE: NQ and above
The Role:
- Work independently and as part of a team whilst managing your own Court of Protection caseloads form start to completion
- Deal with Mental Capacity and Deputyship legal cases
- Assist with the growth and day-to-day duties of the CoP team
The Person:
- Someone who has experience with Court of Protection Law.
- Someone who has dealt with Deputyship and Mental Health CoP law
- Someone with legal Court of Protection experience, NQ and above
