Job description: We are looking for a Registered Branch Manager (CQC) for a fantastic opportunity to work for a specialist mental health and learning disabilities service based in Walsall.

Applicant must drive and have access to a vehicle.

Salary per annum: £30,000

Hours and length of contract:
*Full time permanent position
*37.5 hrs per week - flexibility to work out of hours, evening and weekends as necessary.
*On call on a rota basis with rest of the team
*Shifts will vary, office based hours as well as working earlies and lates when required

Person Specification
The successful candidate must have the below:
*Registered Managers award
*NVQ4/SVQ4 in Health and Social care or Leadership & Management or; · NVQ3/SVQ3 in Health and Social care
*And eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care


Daily Duties:
Working as the Branch Manager you will manage 190 staff working for a specialist mental health and learning disability service covering the Wolverhampton and Walsall area. The service supports young people transitioning to adult services who need support to access college and gain independent living skills.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the business, including
administration and coordination teams, along with business development of key customer relationships with Local Authority, NHS and private commissioners of services.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Be the Registered Manager with the relevant regulator (CQC, CCSIW, SSCWIS)
*Investigate and assist in resolving any queries from funders, our accounts team about debt, rates, invoices etc
*Manage the day to day running of the business, including all relevant line management and ongoing development responsibilities for the Coordination, Recruitment, Training and Administration. Oversight of all aspects of daily operations including monthly on call rota's, Annual Leave planning, petty cash
*Attend meetings with service users, their families and other professionals alongside the field support and co-ordination team
*Create and distribute any relevant reports or regular KPI information including completion of group reports as required

*Manage local tenders and mini-bids as they arise with support from the contracts team

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared for the position advertised, be CQC registered and have recent experience within the field.
