Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a CQC Registered Manager for an independent residential service based in Burton, Staffordshire.

Salary £33,000.

The role covers two residential homes helping people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, mental health issues and brain injuries.

Essential Criteria
The successful candidate will be a CQC Registered Manager with multi-site management experience who has a strong track record of meeting targets and success. (Preferably 2 years minimum experience.)

Desirable Criteria
Candidates who have a Level 5 Diploma, possess excellent knowledge of Care Standards, Regulations and Valuing People, are financially astute with the track record to back this up and are experienced in maintaining CQC standards will be deemed as desirable applicants.
