Band 6 Crisis practitioner (RMN/OT/QSW) - Crisis Team- Full/Part time

Location: Durham, covering County Durham and Darlington

I am currently able to offer £150 as a sign up bonus if this is your first time working with us, and a £250 bonus for successful referral to us.

Band 6 Registered Mental health Nurse or Crisis practitioner

Team: Crisis Resolution and Home treatment Team

Day or night shift pattern: 09.00- 21.40, 20.00- 08.40 Monday-Sunday

Duration of contract: 3 months

Role and requirements:
-The successful applicant need to be able to answer crisis calls, complete intensive home treatment and complete crisis assessments. They would also need to be competent in assessing people in crisis.

-Must possess a Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy qualification, and Must have professional membership with the NMC, HCPC or Social Work England.
