Job description: Customer Account Advisor, Horsham - PERMANENT

I am currently recruiting for 5 Customer Account Advisor's based in Horsham. These are full time permanent positions working 35 hours a week on a shift pattern basis. The salary is Circa £23,000.

We operate a rotating shift pattern so shifts will vary between:
08:00am and 04:00pm
12:00pm and 08:00pm
This will also include 2 in 6 Saturdays working 08:45am until 01:00pm.

The main purpose of the role is to work with customers to collect and recover income/debt for all tenures ensuring that arrears are minimised whilst providing excellent customer service and maximising the Group's income.

We are looking for a candidate that has experience of :

*Identifying opportunities to maximise the Group income by offering welfare benefit and money advice service
*Working collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure that opportunities for the collection of debt are maximised
*Managing all customer debt including current arrears, former tenant arrears and sundry debts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.
*Excellent customer service

Please note, if you are successful following an interview, you will need to be available to attend an induction period when you start with us commencing on either Monday 23rd October or Monday 20th November 2017. With the induction being tailored to this role, we are unable to offer any alternative start dates at this time. This may be something you will need to consider should you have a notice period.
