Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Contact Centre Advisor based in Bristol. You will be working with new and existing customers of the housing association to provide contact via telephone , email , sms and social media.You will be required to provide an efficient lead management service to our sales consultant oles and deal with related administration.

It is essential that you have some sort of customer services and or sales experience within lead generation.
